Our team members are passionate about making a difference inside and outside of the dental office. We make an effort to participate in community events in Mesquite, including the Jubilee! We’ve also worked with the Helen Edwards Early Childhood Center for many years, providing dental checks for those in need. To keep the community educated, we’ve also created presentations for health classes, which we perform at local schools. It all starts with Dr. Erik Harrington, who journeyed in his 1989 Ram Charger to provide Texas communities specialty treatments to patients in need. During these long, enlightening drives many years ago, he traveled from rural town to rural town to visit many different dental offices. As a result of these experiences, he found that the need for high-quality oral healthcare was incredibly strong, especially in these underserved communities. After that, he went on to form Texas Dentistry.
Dr. Harrington wanted to create a dental office where both families and individuals from suburban and rural communities outside of major cities like Dallas could access reliable and affordable dental care. More than anything, he wanted to help people improve not just their oral health, but their smile as well. Now that Texas Dentistry has dental offices in Terrell, Mesquite, and Kaufman, him and his team are that much closer to making his dream come true.
