Transitioning to Texas Dentistry should be easy when you make your first visit. Our team will do everything possible to make your experience stress-free the moment you walk through our dental office doors. We hope that you give our dental office a try; when you do, we feel confident that you’ll notice the difference almost immediately. Below, you can find all the information you need to make your trip a comfortable and efficient one!
You’ll be met with a warm welcome from our kind staff the moment you first walk into our dental office. After checking you in, you’ll fill out all the necessary new patient forms, assuming you didn’t do so beforehand. If you have dental insurance, we’ll take down all relevant information so we can file claims on your behalf. When it’s time for you to come to the operatory, we’ll start by capturing digital x-rays of your teeth. This is followed by one of our dentists taking the time to get to know you better, whether it’s about you as a person or about your needs as a patient. Finally, we’ll perform a comprehensive oral exam and dental cleaning. If anything is wrong, we’ll explain the issue and discuss your potential treatment options. By the end of your visit, you’ll leave with a mouth that’s feeling fresh!
We always recommend patients to fill out their new patient forms before their visit for added convenience. Of course, you can always fill them out in-person as well, but preparing them beforehand makes it easier to use your time during the appointment more effectively and efficiently. There’s no need to spend additional time waiting for your appointment to start. Once you have scheduled your new patient appointment, our team will send you a link for a faster check-in process!
Texas Dentistry gladly accepts patients’ dental insurance. In fact, we accept many PPO plans in order to provide exceptional dental care at affordable prices. With dental insurance, you and your family can afford preventive services with little to zero out-of-pocket costs. The last thing you should do is let your dental insurance benefits go to waste. Instead, come to Texas Dentistry, where our team will help you maximize savings to the very best of our ability.

With the help of our in-house membership plan, gaining access to preventive care doesn’t mean taking out a loan or sacrificing funds for other needs. Our in-house membership plan involves paying a flat fee once a year. There are no claims to fill out, no deductibles to meet, and no yearly maximums. It’s the dental care plan you can rely on for you and your family, all without dental insurance!

For this reason, Texas Dentistry has chosen to work with CareCredit, a program that makes it easier to pay for expensive treatments, whether they are preventive, restorative or even cosmetic! Simply pay a monthly installment over the course of the next six months, a year, or longer. In many cases, these payment plans come with little or zero interest attached. No longer do you have to postpone treatment that you may need or strongly desire.
